Artikel 1
Instellingsbesluit jury Jos Brink homo-emancipatieprijs
In dit besluit wordt verstaan onder:
a. minister: de Minister van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap;
b. de Jos Brink homo-emancipatieprijs: de regeringsprijs op homo-emancipatiegebied, ingesteld bij het Besluit instelling Jos Brink homo-emancipatieprijs;
c. jury: de jury, bedoeld in artikel 2.
