Artikel 1
Instellingsbesluit Innovatieprijs voor de emancipatie van LHBT-personen
In dit besluit wordt verstaan onder:
a. minister: de Minister van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap;
b. prijs: de Innovatieprijs voor de emancipatie van lesbische, homoseksuele, biseksuele en transgender personen (LHBT);
c. Jos Brink homo-emancipatieprijs: de regeringsprijs op homo-emancipatiegebied, ingesteld bij het Besluit instelling Jos Brink homo-emancipatieprijs;
d. jury: de jury, bedoeld in artikel 2 van het Instellingsbesluit Jos Brink homo-emancipatieprijs.
