Protocol van Montreal betreffende stoffen die de ozonlaag afbreken
Any Party may withdraw from this Protocol by giving written notification to the Depositary at any time after four years of assuming the obligations specified in paragraph 1 of Article 2A. Any such withdrawal shall take effect upon expiry of one year after the date of its receipt by the Depositary or on such later date as may be specified in the notification of withdrawal
